We all have those patients that we see on a regular basis, it can be time consuming to add the new session after each appointment.
On smeMetrics you have the functionality to load repeat appointments for a patient, these could be for the duration of their assessment, regular follow up sessions or simply your monthly appointment with the patient.
To create a repeat appointment you need to go to the calendar and select the date and time of the first appointment. Once you have done this you will need to select repeat and the frequency of the repeats daily, weekly, monthly or yearly
Daily Repeats ::
Daily repeats are for appointments that will be repeated every day or every few days. In the example below the repeat appointment is set for every day until the 30-07-2021
In this example the repeat appointment is set for every 4 days until the 30-07-2021
Weekly Repeats ::
Weekly repeats are for appointments that are to be repeated on a once a week basis or every two weeks or three weeks etc. In the example below the appointment is repeated every week.
In this example the repeat appointment is set for every 3 weeks until the 30-09-2021
Monthly Repeats ::
Monthly repeats are for appointments that are to be repeated on a once a month basis or every two months or quarterly and even bi-annually etc. Monthly repeat appointments can be set by the date of the month Eg: the 25th or the day of the month Eg: the second Wednesday of the month.
In the example below the appointment is repeated every month on the same date the 15th 
In the example below the appointment is repeated every month on the same day of the week( 2nd Tuesday of each month) 
Repeat appointments will appear as grey appointments in your calendar.
