Importing contacts between smeMetrics accounts is as simple as uploading a single file. Adding each contact into system is very time consuming and hence we have made it simple, you can upload the contacts list from different source to smeMetrics in few simple steps.
When you cancel your smeMetrics subscription or in the situation where you need all the contact database from smeMetrics, we have made it easy for you on smeMetrics. Just in few steps, you can download the data from smeMetrics.
To Export/Download contacts from smeMetrics:
1. Go to Contacts ---> Click on a spanner like feature next to New.
2. You will find an option to Export contacts on the screen. Click on "Exports contacts", now the CSV file with all contacts list will be downloaded.
To Import/Upload contacts to smeMetrics:
1. Go to Contacts ---> Click on a spanner like feature next to New.
2. You will find an option to Import contacts on the screen. Click on "Choose", now select the CSV file downloaded and upload.
